Security is required within this role, I was responsible for each visitor that came to site with their safety and to ensure they are with a member of staff while on site. I handled incoming calls internally and externally directing the caller to the correct point of contact and provide knowledge on the company. I had training for Bomb Threats as I dealt with postage for the site; I distributed the mail across the site to the correct departments daily.
