This was a hands-on role (both quant & qual), from brief and research design, to data analysis, report writing and presenting.● Overall responsibility for market research team and contributing to corporate planning at an executive level.● Project management of large-scale, multi-country research projects, such as customer and staff satisfaction, competitor analysis and product development.● Led ABRSM's ‘Making Music 2014’, the most comprehensive survey of the learning, progression and teaching of musical instruments conducted in the UK at the time.
