Show less Financial Analysis / Cost-to-Serve (7 months)•Worked directly with a partner to develop and analyse Deloitte’s cost-to-serve model (using QlikView) which involved creating pseudo “P&L’s” for practitioners/ industries/ business areas to understand their relative profitability. •Presented the findings to the senior leadership team, with the ultimate aim of introducing new performance metrics and enhancing the operating culture.Solvency II for a Large Insurance Client (13 months)•Worked directly with multiple senior stakeholders (Deloitte and Client) to plan the overall programme (including budgets and resourcing) and write the weekly status reports.•Developed strong organisational and communication skills by working across multiple workstreams at the same time.•Set up and organised four governance bodies to monitor, discuss and challenge technical and business solutions.•Provided ad hoc support to; data analysis activities (actuarial systems performance), vendor research, develop of the resource plan, create process diagrams in VISIO and build PowerPoint presentations.
