  Larry Kidwell is the President and Founder of Kidwell & Company which was established in 2001 and has been directly employed as a public finance industry since 1987. Mr. Kidwell founded the firm at the conclusion of more than a decade of experience and service to manage public finance efforts at two of the South’s largest financial institutions. He has personally managed the provision of public finance investment banking services for hundreds of governmental, municipal, not for profit, and corporate entities issuing billions in tax-exempt and taxable securities. In the process, Mr. Kidwell has assisted clients to restructure financial operations, enhance cash-flow efficiency, and lower costs of interest through the execution of transactions that have created billions in tax and rate payer savings. Mr. Kidwell is a Certified Independent Public Municipal Advisor (“CIPMA”) as designated by National Association of Municipal Advisors (“NAMA”) and has achieved Series 50, Series 54 (Principal Supervisory Designation),Series 7, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 52 securities certifications.
