  Healing massage breaks down waste deposits relaxes the muscles and allows the blood to move more freelywhich in turn enhances ones health and wellbeing .I apply strong pressure when necessary and also gentle pressure it depends on every individual. Some people may choose Healing which is the essence of channelling light and placing my hands on the chakras(energy points) of the body on a physical level and then moving into the auric field , it is an overall feeling of relaxation and sometimes emotions may come to the surface and this will indicate area in your life you can address.At times images may come which will be discussed after the session comes to a close at that time. The wonderful thing is seeing people recognize their true worth and Healing brings you Home to yourself and allows you to navigate your life from within .We learn to trust ourselves more and listen to Yourself rather than others a bit like the stream Energy flows the more we flow with ourselves life gets easier and easier Show less
