I planned and implemented country wide events including employer insight days, networking evenings and vocational workshops. I supported event marketing, online employment services and social media groups; expanding online communities to provide interactive platforms for shared insight and opportunities. I continually evaluated feedback and event data to enhance employment programmes, leading to an 80% increase in networking group size.
