Worked closely with David Kyte during an extremely active time in the market during which there were no major errors or losses on the book due to mistakes. Management of 10 runners and risk managed 32 traders who traded Euroswiss, Euromark and Eurolira Pits on the LIFFE Exchange. Assisted the floor manager in employment and recruitment decisions. Responsible for writing the training program and sessions for the 28 members of the squad in the training cycle leading up until the Surrey County Championships in March 2014. Attending the county Championships with the squad where every swimmer from the squad who competed achieved a new personal best. Continued coaching and assisting the head coach with all squads at the club.
