  During Pandemic when college was online mode, I worked in the hospital as an Management trainee where I taught employees the correct way of practicing hygiene, I introduced them about tools like SPREADSHEET to record patient detail in a cloud app so that everyone can access it through their phones to make a minimal physical contact and lessen the spread of viruses and KANBAN BOARD to see visual of if any pending work needs to be done or if there is ongoing task which need to be done. I even taught them about the patient service as in customer service by asking them to do a follow-up with the patient through call after a week of the consultation to gain their trust.
