While there he experienced saw many brokers not working in the best interest of the clients, which deeply troubled him. This is one of the main reasons he founded EFG. In his time in the industry, he has done everything from 3rd party loan processing to closing loans to handling compliance issues.Glen’s primary emphasis is on integrity and people. His integrity pushes him to focus on fiduciary duty, always acting in the clients’ best interest. He believes that by being honest, all other things will take care of themselves.
