  • Managed vendor logistics for all refinery hydro-processing catalysts (HPC) and fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalysts to ensure supply continuity and minimal downtime for all (9) North American refineries.• Identified opportunity in catalyst trucking supply chain and designed streamlined operating protocol with inbound logistics vendors for North America refineries.• Secured critical catalyst supply during unplanned refinery shut downs to minimize downtime and production loss from paused plant activity.
