  Working as a MSK senior physiotherapist, my duties are assessment, planning, implementation and modification of therapeutic intervention to assist patient with following diseases and disorder to maximize the patients functional ability and overall quality of life.A head role in the advanced assessment and treatment of patients within the specialty who may have highly complex needs and determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment indicated. Independently assessed chronic and acute respiratory, musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions at OPDs, ICUs and IPDs by applying the best available evidence.Working with patients afflicted with diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions including traumatic and non traumatic conditions. We use graduated exercise programs that involves strengthening, stretching, mobility and functional exercises.I have additional role as a clinical gym instructor for elderly patients and my role also includes design and review clinical management plans that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques which may include rehabilitation, life style changes, long-term strategies, and clinical techniques.Analyzed clinical and nonclinical facts to conclude accurate diagnosis and prognosis in a wide range of highly complex condition and to recommend the best to my patient’s course of intervention. Have checked red flags to rule out emergency medical conditions such as cauda equina, cancer, etc. and yellow flags such as psychosocial beliefs, appraisals and judgments.Documentation, record maintenance, statistics analysis and responsible for re-assessing patient as treatment progresses and modify treatment program as appropriate.Preparation of unique treatment protocol as per patient requirements with relevant to quality of standards approved by my Institution and other professional bodies.
