  While at Georgia State University, I was the Coordinator of the Indian Creek Recreation Area. In that role, I managed the master reservation schedule for staff, equipment and facility needs. I also managed all events that occurred, including reservation requests, event set-up, access for groups and catering, audio/visual equipment, clean-up, and collection of payment and fees.

  Coordinator, Memberships and External Operations

  I joined Emory University in September, 2019. I was responsible for the oversight of memberships and operations at the George W. Woodruff Physical Education Center (WPEC) and assisted at the Student Activity and Academic Center (SAAC). This included providing customer service to over 1,000 WPEC members, managing all aspects of rental lockers, tracking online membership sales, and assisting in the promotion, marketing, and selling of memberships. This position also oversaw all aspects of internal and external operations for summer camps, as well as working with campus partners for large-scale, campus wide events at the WPEC and the SAAC.   As the Coordinator of Facility Operations, Events and Scheduling, I am responsible for directly overseeing all aspects of daily duties related to facility scheduling and coordination of requests for multiple indoor and outdoor facility spaces managed by the Department of University Recreation (UREC), which includes the Student Recreation Center, Witt Student Activity Center, Aquatic Center, Outdoor Pool Complex, Intramural Field Complex, and tennis courts. I work to accommodate internal department events, special events, camps, and general public requests, communicating with customers to ensure events are well coordinated and all needs are met. I oversees scheduling, coordination and conformation of all UREC reservations, revenue accounting, risk management, issuance and maintenance of sports and fitness equipment inventory, policy enforcement and injury management, as well as fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion and outreach through both programs and services offered.
