      As the Coordinator of Facility Operations, Events and Scheduling, I am responsible for directly overseeing all aspects of daily duties related to facility scheduling and coordination of requests for multiple indoor and outdoor facility spaces managed by the Department of University Recreation (UREC), which includes the Student Recreation Center, Witt Student Activity Center, Aquatic Center, Outdoor Pool Complex, Intramural Field Complex, and tennis courts. I work to accommodate internal department events, special events, camps, and general public requests, communicating with customers to ensure events are well coordinated and all needs are met. I oversees scheduling, coordination and conformation of all UREC reservations, revenue accounting, risk management, issuance and maintenance of sports and fitness equipment inventory, policy enforcement and injury management, as well as fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion and outreach through both programs and services offered.
