  I am part of the project team during for Core System Upgrade project - in charge with documenting and testing the new system functionalities. Being part of the Level 2 Support team, I provide support using JIRA.In my role I carry responsibilities such as testing scenarios in our core banking system, updating internal procedures and manuals regarding the Core System functionalities, centralizing and analyzing data on the efficiency gained from organizing the training courses.I collaborate with key departments to implement new products and their functionalities in the Core Banking System whilst developing, coordinating, organizing and delivering trainings within the Core Banking Upgrade. The experience within this role allows me to propose improvements as well as centralize and analyze data on efficiency gained from the training courses with necessary reports. Show less I organize and coordinate all activity of the bank’s unit together with being in charge of accomplishing the sale targets as established, focusing on accomplishing them both individually and at the unit’s level .The role takes in monitoring the unit’s performance with the below kpi’s as guidelines: - sale targets allotted and the budget established - profitability increase -targets regarding the quality of the portfolio under supervision I pay visits to the clients in order to promote the banking products and services, to inform them about their options for alternative investments. Other responsibilities are supervising and checking that the amounts related to garnishments are blocked and transferred to the beneficiaries of the writs of execution.I supervise and report directly to the Compliance Division the cases regulated by the law on preventing and sanctioning money laundering, the suspect transactions .As well as supervise and report the events of operational risk and undertakes actions for mitigating such events.
