  HEE Graduate and Student Placement Scheme. Maternity, Neonatal and CYP national programme. WTE Directorate Undertaking my placement year within Health Education England has taught me a multitude of different skills providing me with a completely different outlook of the healthcare sector and the NHS. Working within the Maternity, Neonatal and CYP programme has developed my skills not only from an administration and scheduling prespective, but also as a project support officer and surrounding duties.Duties include general administration such as minute taking, agenda setting, event planning, ect and providing project support within various projects such as Midwifery Student Expereince, RCM Workforce education conference and graduate project in new scheme development. This placement has also allowed me to network and connect with various senior teams such as Lead Midwives of Education, Directors and Heads of Maternity, and members of other organisations such as the RCM, RCOG, NMC, ect.Key achievements, development and training within this role:• Mental Health First Aider• APM Project Fundamentals Qualification• Running small projects• Minute Taking training• Lead support for many HEI Midwifery Focus Groups nationwide• Managing a stand at RCM conference Show less
