  As a Class Representative in the Faculty of Law, I am directly responsible for over 120 Law Students. I serve as an intermediary between the students and the Law Professors, Doctors and Law Teachers. As a class Representative, I have contributed to the academic excellence of my colleagues by sourcing for and sharing with my colleagues, materials and comprehensive notes gotten from senior colleagues and lecturers. As a class Representative I have contributed to a better learning environment by seeing to the availability of a Public Address System which was funded by a member of the class. This has aided the audibility of the lecturers during lectures. I have also contributed to the growth of the Faculty by closely working with the Dean of Law to pass information and provide feedback regarding issues that concern the faculty and students.   As the Editor-in-Chief of Justice Nsima Akpabio Chambers, I ensured that the weekly StreetLaw series was posted, which was a means of educating people on basic areas of law using the street language-pidgin, I also started the development of the chamber’s blog. As Editor-in-Chief, I worked closely with the Chamber Head to provide captivating and informative captions for every event.As Editor-in-Chief, I also saw to the writing, editing and posting of legal articles by members of the Chambers. As Editor-in-Chief, I saw to the training of two junior students in the affairs of the chambers editorial board. I also served as the chairman of the Editorial Board of JNAC, where I was able to divide obligations to the various teams and supervise the enforcement. During my tenure as Editor-in-Chief, the Editorial team was nominated for the award of Most Active Team of the Chamber. Show less
