    • Wine To Water

      Jan 2017 - Jan 2018
      International Operations Fellow

I lived in Nepal for all of 2017, working side by side with the newly established Wine To Water Nepal team to form effective communication channels between their office and the U.S. headquarters in Boone, NC. The Nepal team was initially established in late 2015, after the devastating earthquake in Kathmandu. As International Operations Fellow, I advocated for the Nepal team in their adoption of Wine To Water systems, helping them establish themselves as part of the organization through coordinated water projects, data collection, and office administration. I managed four separate groups of volunteers from the U.S., while we worked with the local community on a year-long water project in a nearby village, Dahakhani. The project resulted in clean water for 160 households, 1,800 people, and a school of 500 students, with 34 easily accessible tap stands in the village (to see the project happen, watch the video below). My work with the community of Dahakhani and the Wine To Water Nepal team instilled in me an appreciation for work in the global context. Show less

    • Wine To Water

      Sept 2018 - Oct 2020
      Operations Manager of International Programs

My role at Wine To Water solidified my dedication to the pursuit of public good. After interning for a year in Kathmandu, Nepal at one of their International Offices, I was hired on full-time at headquarters in Boone, North Carolina. While working on the International Programs Team as Operations Manager, I facilitated and managed international water projects across the Dominican Republic, Columbia, Nepal, and Tanzania. I maintained communications between HQ and the on-the-ground international teams, traveling annually to each country office for training and collaboration. I implemented project management tools, such as Gantt charts, budgeting, and Mwater (M&E Software) for water data collection. I organized weekly digital meetings with all international teams, training my teammates on best practices for data collection, charting, survey gathering, and team-building. I held positive relationships with inter-organizational departments while advising them on the status of water projects and the needs of International Offices. I represented the organization’s vision and mission at fundraising initiatives, earning recognition as a credible leader and an authoritative source of information for the organization’s core mission – to support life and dignity through the power of clean water. • Interior Plant Scapes, SWFL

      Oct 2020 - May 2021
      Client Acquisitions & Design Consultant

While working in client acquisitions at Interior Plant Scapes, I initiated new client relationships by managing leads and integrating new prospects into the company’s marketing software, Infusionsoft. I crafted unique design programs specific to my client’s needs and desires – ranging from high-rise condos, hotels, office buildings, doctor’s offices, and luxury residences. My job was the starting point that led each client to enjoy professionally maintained plants and planters year-round. In my role, I worked closely with several other inter-organizational departments, including Delivery & Installation, Marketing, and the C-Suite executives. I spent time with each department to ensure excellence from installation to design and maintenance, handling any client issues or concerns that arose along the way. Show less

    • ECRS (ECR Software Corporation)

      May 2021 - now

As Implementations Director, I oversee software and hardware implementations for ECRS’s grocery retail clients, managing the process from project initiation to cross-department cooperations, budgeting, scheduling, client specifications, and final on-site and/or remote installations. I work with and manage a team of four project managers and four remote installers to ensure each project and client receives our product to complete satisfaction. In addition, I coordinate with multiple inter-organization departments, such as accounting, customer care, marketing, C-suite executives, and IT, to keep our processes running smoothly and effectively. The most important aspect of my role is to keep operations going. I do so by managing and maintaining department budgets, KPIs, policies, and active software development with JIRA, 90.IO, and Microsoft Suite (Co-pilot, Project, Outlook, and Teams). My department handles an average of 58 projects a month, so I have made it a personal goal of mine to administer systems across the organization that produce more effective cross-department synergy. For example, I implemented the use of Microsoft Co-Pilot throughout the organization, which is now accepted in every department as an everyday tool. Show less As a project manager and eventual Team Lead of the project management team, my role adapted as I led complex projects across multiple departments, guiding customers from project introduction to installation completion. I used project management tools like Trello, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Suite to manage relationships and ensure successful installations, meeting weekly with customers and collaborating with various ECRS teams. I worked with customers that varied from small stores needing new hardware installations to large enterprises requiring extensive project timelines and software development – consistently defining success by meeting customer needs and completing installations on time and within budget.
