      As an IT Project Manager, I successfully led the deployment of a Unified Collection system for Alfa Bank. This involved overseeing five teams, each comprising of eight individuals, including three back-end developers, one front-end developer, one business analyst, two quality assurance specialists, and one product owner. The project required the integration of six other bank automated systems, as well as the customization of the solution for Hard, Soft, and Legal collection processes.I oversaw the use of various technologies, including MESOS Marathon, Java, Angular, Docker, MS SQL, and Rabbit MQ, to ensure the smooth functioning of the system.
