      Started my career in maintenance with a small family owned company. I did all of the maintenance and leasing side of things. I learned the business from a family that was exceptional in their policies and how they treated their properties and residence. I developed great skills and knowledge on the maintenance side doing major rehabs of buildings and truly learning how to diagnose things. I only left because I wanted to more growth opportunities in the industry.
