      Jan 2010 - Jan 2014

Promoted to this position at a significantly younger age (18) than predecessors due to capability, commitment and drive after 3 years as a Hebrew Reading Teacher (2010-2013). Main responsibilities were to lead a team of 16 Hebrew Reading Teachers in a Sunday School of over 200 pupils, to run training days and weekly meetings. I also created and managed a specific programme for pupils with special educational needs as well a database of all pupils’ progress in order to regularly update parents, thus problems could be flagged up early and solved before any issues arose.
