      - Handle ATM/CDM/CCDM set up and installation for the Bank which purchase from DEAM- Analyze and investigate on issue incur and raise by the bank- Check and analyze an ATM Journal and Trace file find out the root cause of error and provide fix and apply in to the production- Track and follow up all issue raise to Vendor ensure solution is provided on time manner and fixing delivery to Bank- Configure the terminal configuration and parameter setting for New ATM/CDM/CCDM/POS for the bank include Cash Cassette Configuration, Journal Log, Denomination Configuration, and Other- Configure an ATM eyes and security camera installation for the Bank- Supervise and train technical engineering staff under supervision- Prepare and manage maintenance schedule of bank client who register/purchased ATM and POS Maintenance contract SLA- On-site maintenance bank client that purchase ATM and POS under the schedule set from DEAM- Ensure high quality of standard and satisfaction for maintenance and support by technician engineering to bank client’s staff- Provide online and on-site support to the bank client’s staff for all issues related to ATM, CDM, CCDM, and POS terminal- Perform on-site checking and analysis and directly work with Technical Support Engineer from WINCOR to fix all issues related ATM, CDM, and CDM- Provide technical training to the bank’s staff related technical and operational work related ATM, CDM, CCDM and POS- Prepare daily and monthly issue and fixed from the client (The Bank) to Technical Manager- Prepare daily and monthly report for Technical Manager- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by Technical Manager Show less
