      My team exists to advocate for the Business Banking segment across ANZ - New Zealand's largest bank. Strategy, Marketing, Digital, Partnerships, Simplification, Channels, Risk – if it has a BB component, or there’s a future case for one, chances are we’re involved. I provide analyst support for our strategic priorities & and provide insights to make sure we have the right people in the right places in relation to staffing and resourcing. This involves delivering current state analysis packs to senior leaders and providing high level overviews of different options available.Outside of that I’m involved with supporting Engagement Initiatives like the BB Big Call - a forum where frontline staff get to engage senior leadership, alongside this I support the operational communications programme to keep our staff informed about upcoming changes.A great part of my role is sitting on focus groups for new and exciting initiatives as Business Banking Subject Matter Expert.
