      Job Profile:RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION• Responsible for complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing using job portals like Monster, Naukri, Times, preliminary interviews, salary negotiation to ultimate joining & induction for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources. • Recruitment branding – Building of network of recruitment sources and develop contracts with consultants inducting new batch with the HR policies and various functions across the organization.• Developing a rapport with teams in handling tasks meticulously and creatively Conducting Exit Interviews, Conducting Full and Final settlements during Exit procedure.• Understanding the requirements & source the profiles and do the online advertisement as per requirements in Job Portals like Monster, Naukri, Times etc.• Also used other search engines mainly LinkedIn/ other social networking site for hiring requirements.• Initial screening of candidates.• After Technical selection of candidates, schedule HR Discussion and finalize on salary negotiation, date of joining etc.• Share salary breakup to candidate with DOJ and Designation details and take acceptance from the candidate.• Collect all necessary documents from the candidate to share offer letter.• Follow-up with the candidate till his joining and guide him with related issues.• Responsible for Tranning and development.• Responsible for Bulk Hiring / Recruitment• Handling Teams . 4 teams under me .
