      As Training Manager I managed and oversee training programmes for Primark. My duties included identifying the training and employee development needs for new stores, creating training materials and implementing staff and management training programmes. During a period of rapid expansion I provided trainings next to my full-time job as Senior Departmanager. The trainings I provided in the Netherlands where: - Multiple Management Skills trainings. - Customer Promise training (customer journey and service training for staff & management)- Team building events.As a Senior Department Manager I was overseeing the full day to day running of at least one sales floor.       In the summer of 2021 I was asked to join the Project Oracle Team. Joined the team in the last stage of the project to secure a successful out roll of PSM in the Netherlands.Short summary of my responsibilities:- Translating E-learning modules and adjust them for Dutch users- Training 24 Store Champions in NL and BE in the use of PSM system- Support the Store champions for training there management teams (+300 users) in using the PSM system.-Keep an overview on the progress in training and implication of PSM- Provide support in the *cutover phase and *hypercare stage of the roll-outWhat is Project Oracle?• Oracle is the system that was selected to support Primark processes around purchase to pay, receipt to sell and financeWhat are we doing?•Replacing a number of our current legacy systems with a new platform•Simplifying the current complex IT landscape which prohibits growthHow big is Project Oracle?400+ colleagues & partners work on the projectReplacing 26 systems in total.PSM for +400 stores.- PSM is a Primark custom built stock management system, replacing DIGIPSM will be the central system for stores to:View and accept all transfers (inbound and outbound) Perform an item look up Perform stock adjustments, price changes and stocktakes View all store reports and commercial reports PSM will hold a central view for all of our stock, in all of our stores It’s linked with new Oracle systems to ensure we have accurate item data.*CUTOVERThis is where we launch the new Oracle systems, including PSM, into the business.Each store will have a set of tasks to complete leading up to and during the switch over from Digi to PSM.*HYPERCAREThis is the period of time immediately after go live where the project team provide an elevatedlevel of support to ensure a smooth transition to the new ways of working.
