About me

Spearheaded the set-up of the Indian Real Estate investment practice at ICICI Venture and executed the first few pioneering PE deals in RE in India. Leveraged that expertise by establishing the Indian real estate investment practice at AIG Global Real Estate India from scratch which included setting up the company, hiring the team, raising a -US$ 300 million India focused fund and making investments in India. I have now built on my past successes to establish Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors and provide a differentiated value add RE investment platform as against a capital allocator model. We have successfully partnered with large blue chip institutional investors like CPPIB (in 2013) and Alliance Real Estate (in 2017) for their first real estate investments in India.
