My Current Role Involves Generating New business through overseas clients. My Role involves: Handling Pre-Sales Team, Email marketing and Sales team Preparing RFP for prospects Creating Proposal and SOW for Project. Working on leads,maturing & closing leads via Skype,Mail,Call or Webex. Defining sales strategy, Targets, road map to achieve the targets. Train & Supervise the team, knowledge transfer, supporting, help them in closing the deals. Looks after the resource hiring, taking interviews, finalizing the right candidate for operations and sales. Involved into Project management, Specialized in PDLC(Project Development Life Cycle)
