  As a Referee for paintball games, Vince's duties consisted mainly of ensuring that all players observed the game and safety rules on and off the field. It was this experience that built Vince's ability to lead and maintain control in a fast-paced environment. Additional duties included cleaning and maintaining of pneumatic paintball markers, and occasionally grounds upkeep and field design layout.

  Outside services staff

  As an Outside Services staff member, Vince's duties spanned from a range of care and cleanup for the facility's golf equipment. He excelled in the area of customer service in which he cultivated his ability to build relationships in a professional manner. His ability to listen and decipher what members needed in order to improve their experience at the club was what built his reputation as a leader in customer service. He later expanded the club's services to repair electronic golf caddies by teaching himself the basics in electronics. He later expanded his duties to the repair and troubleshooting of electric golf carts at the club. Show less

  3d printer technician

  Vince Bjorge acted as an in-house industrial designer as well as a 3D printer technician with Octave Systems Inc. He tested out Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) type 3D printers, and identified potential problem points of the printers in review with regards to operation and usability for the American market. He performed upgrades for the printers as well as designed parts and accessories to increase the function and improve experience for the given 3D printers Octave carried.

  Industrial design intern

  As an intern, Vince worked on CAD assemblies and parts for the main product line the Usocket. He was later placed on a team to work on expanding the product line to foreign markets. He had the opportunity to see how the American product version was assembled, and then apply feedback from the assemblers on how to improve the assembly for the foreign product versions. Working side by side with the engineering team has built his understanding on how to function and communicate with a team that is highly technical in nature. Show less

  Contracted 3d printer technician

  Vince had the opportunity to assist Zeepro in the assembly of the pre-production models of the Zim 3D printer for a short time. He assisted in not only the assembly of the printers, but helped in the problem solving of certain issues during this phase of development. Working alongside with their head of manufacturing, Vince was able to gain a new perspective on the inner workings of a start-up launched through the Kickstarter platform.
