Daily tasks include screening patients to determine nutritional risk, performing comprehensive nutrition assessments on patients determined to be at nutritional risk, making enteral and parenteral nutrition recommendations, and providing nutrition education on a variety of disease states. SUNY Oneonta Dietetic Internship and Combined Master's Program: 1,220 supervised practice hours in clinical, food-service, and community rotations including a three-semester long Community Health Intervention Project.
