The Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship is a 3-year course where I learnt the fundamentals of logistics, specifically 3PL operations, where I studied full time whilst working towards management status. Along side this, I achieved my ILM Level 6 qualification and certified management status. I progressed to a Team Leader position where I learnt to strategically deploy labour resources, manage budgets and meet operational goals.
