  In this role, I strategized and coordinated statewide communication operations at APTRANSCO's key locations, ensuring smooth functioning at 400kv Mamidipally and Vidyut Soudha Hyderabad. My role involved round-the-clock monitoring of APTRANSCO's communication network, conducting rigorous inspections and tests on equipment, and spearheading the installation and maintenance of critical communication infrastructure like Optical Fiber cable Communications within Hyderabad's City Ring Network. Additionally, I orchestrated strategic teleconferences, managed intercom systems, and successfully commissioned crucial communication systems at substations. I also led initiatives to revamp and modernize communication links, oversaw infrastructure expansion, and ensured the efficient functioning of essential components like OLTEs, Mux units, Routers, Switches, and exchanges.
