  I led a group of 3 teams, who worked on different retail accounts. My role was to ensure that UK Greetings developed best-selling greeting card displays for the retailers; using complex data analytics, new product development, careful management of displays and alignment with the retailers’ commercial strategy. The role included being part of a senior team that would re-negotiate contracts and secure new business, which was always successful.
