  As a Resort Front Desk Service Advisor I answer and resolve inquiries at the front desk regarding room issues, folio balances, disputes, and payments, as well as guest concerns in the theme parks and surrounding areas. While at work manage the front desk operation including staffing the check-in and concierge counters, resort runner team, back office team, and front desk supervisors while being mindful of the resort labor budget. My responsibilities also include assisting upper management with planning improvements to the operation, including implementing new software systems and training updates to all employees. I like to collaborate with employees regarding ways to stay in the operational budget while being able to plan recognition events.
