Solely responsible to the Commanding Officer for all weapon systems, gunnery training and operating procedures.Correspondence Officer responsible for all personal performance report writing, Commanding Officer diary management, media relations and cash accounting. Intense leadership and management training to commission as an Officer in the Royal Navy, followed by professional training as a Warfare Officer at sea including navigation, engineering systems and further leadership development.
