While also emailing my fellow coworkers the schedule plan and ensuring that they are prepared for the first day and every day after. Also, stepping in the coaching role if needed if someone is out that day/week. Following with this, is communicating with parents of what their child(s)day to day will look like, if any other person is picking up their child, and any other information that I need to know.
