  Senior Network Security Engineer

  - Implemented a comprehensive network site from scratch for our customer Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Dubai, this project involved integrating a full suite of technologies, including Firewall Management, Routing Solutions, Switching Solutions, Wireless Infrastructure.- Implemented SDWAN POC solution on MPLS lines between two Sites (HQ and one of branchers) for one of our customers.11/2021 – 9/2024Consultant resident technical lead on routing and switching technology for Hikma Pharmaceuticals | Jordan, Amman- Performed a network assessment on our sites in KSA (Riyadh Factory, Riyadh Gallery, KSA Sulay, Jeddah Warehouse) Our work was conducted to determine the weak points/issues on the Sites including (Routers, Firewalls, wireless, and switches) to put an action plan to improve our IT Infrastructure there.- Provided a L3 Support for Helpdesk/Support teams globally for any issues that are related to the network Side.- Plans and supports Network Upgrade and Network Migration activity.- Setting up, sustaining, and developing CISCO network devices (such as routers, switches, and wireless controllers) within the company and across its branches globally.- Worked on a WAN enhancement project to connect global sites using DMVPN.- Worked on a project to reinforce and separate the network by installing a new next-generation firewall in each branch and moving all the routing, gateway, and policy configurations there. The firewall was then configured Confidential to only permit the necessary ports and services.- Implemented new Network infrastructure for HIKMA MPLS WAN Setup between Jordan MPLS Branches and the Headquarter Data Center in Amman-Byader.- Worked as a project manager with the infrastructure team on a Project to Install a full network infrastructure (Routers, switches Firewalls, Access Points, Servers…., etc.) on a new office in Jordan.- Follow up SLA, Monitor KPI, and Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS).
