  As a high school senior, I worked in the Sports Marketing Department to spread the voice of UGA athletics throughout campus and the community. I was able to design and deliver posters to local businesses, discover new ways to reach the student body and work individual sporting events. It was here that I learned the immense amount of planning and coordination that has to be accomplished timely before, during, and after any sports event.

  I work directly with the Defensive Back position group during practice and games under current coaches Kirby Smart, Will Muschamp, and Fran Brown, as well as previous coaches Jahmile Addae (University of Miami Secondary Coach) and Charlton Warren (Indiana Defensive Coordinator). As a full-time employee, I assist coaches and players with practice, game, and equipment needs. I also organize inventory, work game days, participate in the player fitting of helmets, shoulder pads, shoes, and other tasks around the facility. I have enjoyed the opportunity to serve players and coaches, but also other staff from a variety of departments vital to the program, such as Operations, Recruiting, Video/Creative, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, and senior leaders.   Assisted founding members in an effort to prove a fresh, start-up NFL agency in the highly competitive external professional sports space. I had the opportunity to review the 2021 NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement to ensure what one of the rookie clients is entitled to from his organizations, rules and regulations regarding camps/practices, as well as other facets of the CBA. I was directly involved in the recruitment process for the upcoming 2022 NFL Draft, heavily researching into potential clients as well as being a part of those recruitment calls. I was also given tasks that opened my eyes to the in-depth strategy of recruiting specific clients to meet individual team needs, specifically regarding NFL teams' preferences utilize specific player builds and talents, in-turn affecting the way that the agency recruits its players.
