  Tracey Alvarez is a certified Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN). Her interest in integrated healthcare came when she herself suffered with a bout of ill health. Symptoms such as anxiety, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, low energy, and weight issues prompted Tracey to re-evaluate her diet and lifestyle and make slow steady changes for the better. The key to wellness for Tracey was surrounding herself with knowledgeable practioners in areas such as Reiki & Meditation, Nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chiropractic, Massage as well as the care of her Family Practitioner. Her background in integrated health care began in 2004 when she began working with an integrated health clinic in White Rock, British Columbia that specializes in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Tracey became familiar with various methods of detoxification and healing modalities and in 2007 began managing the clinic. In 2012 she decided that becoming educated in holistic nutrition would be the perfect complement personally and professionally and completed the two year diploma program with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, graduating with merit in 2014.Tracey holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and the designation of a RHN, with merit, from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
