  I gained a lot of knowledge within the world of HR and was able to work hands-on with the material. Experiences include: completing an RFP review, auditing a leadership presence class for aspiring leaders in the company, job title standardization, organizing service award distribution, creating an ADA presentation from scratch to be delivered to management, and more.In doing these things I was able to see the impact this department has on its team members. The passion for this work exemplified by my colleagues and myself contributed to the extraordinary support we aimed to provided.   In this position I create materials needed to onboard, orient, and train new hires. I use these materials to carry out HR functions and support the team members. I am able to experience meaningful work by providing the team with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to perform well at their job. I ensure they are comfortable and safe while working by checking up on them individually. Maintaining these relations and providing this support is position I am happy to hold.
