  - Developed a comprehensive digital skills curriculum/manual focused on online marketing, social media management, online sales, and customer relationship management, designed for scalability across local counties.-Collaborated with a team of experts to conduct in-depth research on women's participation in the digital space at the grassroots level, identifying barriers and proposing effective solutions.-Coordinated and facilitated a training program for 200 women entrepreneurs in Kisumu (in-person sessions) to teach effective utilization of the Chichwa platform and essential digital tools.-Designed and delivered engaging training modules covering topics such as e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, online payments, financial management, and basic computer skills using mobile devices.-Managed logistical aspects of training sessions, ensuring timely availability of training materials, technical resources, and a conducive learning environment.
