      Senior Business Analyst

Performed a comprehensive analysis of the District Sales Process to fine tune a single process that all associations will follow for Ag Lending. This established the baseline for which all associations will work from. Worked with the PMO to get the Microsoft Azure DevOps system vetted by doing a system capabilities task and a Gap analysis. Key Accomplishments:• Imposed a new thought process behind the ‘Plug-In’ that will be used by each Association to differentiate themselves from other businesses. The ‘Plug-In’ will be used to validate a step in the process that may be solely impacted by that Association. • Created a heatmap of the associations showing which businesses are most like the District Sales Process.• Mapped the Business Process by creating a model in Bizagi that gives the overview of the District Sales Business Process• Created a Business Process Model for the Encompass System which shows the District Sales Process for Consumer Loans• Performed a Gap Analysis and Business Capabilities spreadsheet for the Azure DevOps System. This system is to replace the Visual Studio Team Foundation Server used by all of IT.• Completed the 2 Phased BRD in record time with no project plan. The BRD was out for approval for Phase 1 and Phase 2 will follow.• Introduced a new way to keep track of the BRDs you are working on. The State at which your BRD is in will be directly shown in the version of the document. By versioning the document based on mile stone you will always know what needs to happen next by just looking at the version of the BRD.• Wrote Business Process Model for the affected departments; PM, BA, Dev, DBA, and QA roles.
