   Prepared and executed annual operations plans and strategic plans.  Increased utilization and effectiveness of partnerships with businesses, community organizations and faith based organizations through CIS orientations and clearly defined agreements. Developed and maintained relationships throughout the community. Especially with Lee County Schools, School Principals and administration.  Cultivated advocates for the organization through community presentations and a yearly community breakfast. Achieve and maintains National Accreditation Status by following and complying with all Communities In Schools Total Quality System (TQS) standards for Business and Site Operations.  Increased CISLC social media presence by 75%. Year over year growth in the following areas: number of youth served, number of volunteers, and volunteer hours. Ensured committed Board members by communication, an active recruitment process, increasing committee activity and increasing Board participation (at meetings, CIS sites, and other CIS events). Prepared and monitored annual budget by securing funding through grants, donations, in kind donations and fundraising events.
