There was a group of 230 labours, 1 project manager, 2 project engineers, 3 site engineers, 6 supervisors and 8 foremen. The project was completed within 1 year. I had the responsibility of managing 2 fresh engineers, 6 supervisors and 70 labours. I was also involved in Monitoring the progress, Preparing Bills, Preparing of DMR, Material testing, Preparing of drawings, Costing of project and also involved in interior works.
