  Successfully managed a team of 10-20 staff and multiple contractors to develop policy changes, IT requirements, evaluation methodology, staff and contractor work plans, contract agreements, communications materials, and model timelines to ensure a coordinated on-time model release and continuous improvement of the VBID Model and ACO Investment Model. • Saved the Medicare Trust Fund over $300 Million - Drove the creation and implementation of the policy and operational changes to the ACO Investment Model (AIM) that spurred the founding of 40+ rural ACOs and $380 Million in savings to the healthcare system, an improvement of $450 Million in savings from its predecessor model.• Conceived and executed operational processes to maximize staffing efficiency - During a hiring freeze, model staff was reduced by 50%, but operational efficiencies and training ensured that deadlines were met on time.• Mentored ten team members – Coached staff on improving their work product and effective presentation to leadership. Each were promoted to work stream lead and 50% were promoted to model lead. • Drafted, cleared, and implemented policy changes to scale the Value-Based Insurance Design Model (VBID) – Expanded the model to all 50 states and all MA plans.
