Each were promoted to work stream lead and 50% were promoted to model lead. • Drafted, cleared, and implemented policy changes to scale the Value-Based Insurance Design Model (VBID) – Expanded the model to all 50 states and all MA plans. Led integration of policy changes into MA rules and regulations.• Presented at the AHIP and the Better Medicare Alliance conferences – Served as CMS policy expert on value-based insurance design.• Developed a process to improve oversight and to create real-time budget numbers for leadership - Served as budget liaison for 10+ models with a fiscal year budget of $200M in contracts and $350M in payments.
