  Working as a security officer my main role is to provide a high standard of customer service. I work within large retail store working closely within a team and also alone. I detect and deter theft and when necessary detain shoplifters. My main role within the store is to maintain the safety of said store, the staff and customers in it and also the stock. I currently train new Officers joining the company to the high standard expected of myself, the company and our customers.
