  IPhone Carriers Intern

  My task was to support the iPhone carriers with their day to day requests and interact as the main interface between the dedicated carriers and Apple.While working on this position I was taking care of thirteen carriers in nine countries (including Baltics, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia) throughout the CEE region, dealing with people with different nationalities and approaches.I communicated on regular basis with the Apple’s Central Team based in London and other Apple teams across EMEIA to support them with sales and performance analyses or other inputs related to the carriers knowledge.Besides that I was working closely with the carries, having weekly or bi-weekly calls, keeping eye on the daily sales, development and discussed forecasts for the upcoming quarters.When iPhone 4S was introduced I was responsible for the launch preparations, execution and evaluation.I also prepared and successfully executed mystery shoppings in carriers’ points of sale in the Czech Republic and Hungary.
