      • Project managed several high profile projects that included upgrading a SaaS desk and meeting room booking system Condeco. Also project managed a variety of location based projects including a restack proposal for LGR real-estate to better utilise the office space at Coleman Street & working with external consultants for a refurbishment in London to create more dynamic and agile working environment.• Oversaw and administered the SaaS desk and meeting-room booking system on behalf of all LGR people based in all locations, as well as providing a point of contact and co-ordination for visitors.• Frequently review & monitor demand for space in our buildings, ensuring adequate provisioning of desk space, storage and other location services for new people joining the division, as well as constantly reviewing the needs of existing occupants. Working closely with customers to support requests for additional space and new IT hardware/ software and other facilities• Acting as a champion and auditor for LGR’s secure and clear desk policies, making sure that the LGR estate conforms to group policies.• Working closely with teams in the location to drive appropriate behaviors – regularly acting as the single point of contact and escalation for all issues, while ensuring that the desktop and workspace remains aligned to ways of working policy.• Working with the LGR transformation team to support implementation of various transformation programmes• Facilitating location inductions for new and existing users with a core aim to introduce the principles of working in an agile office, as well as promoting, training and acting as a point of contact for all new Office 365 applications launched via the Digital Workplace Programme.
