The project consists of demolishing the existing buildings and executing a new building, the demolishing works was divided into 2 phases in order to keep the consulate operational during the construction period. The works included all the MEP works, including low current works and security system. All works were executed according to French standards. Project Execution Cost: 1,000,000 Euros. Client: French Embassy in the Republic of Djibouti.Duties:i. Prepare Construction Details needed on site.ii. Calculate and prepare the monthly valuation/billing according to the monthly progress/accomplishment of the project.iii. Control Filing of Engineering and Construction Documentsiv. Assure that the work progress is following the schedule and resolve any delays occurredv. The project was handed over to client with full satisfaction and is operational.2- DFZ Phase 1 Maintenance and Repair Works - Djibouti: Maintenance works and repairs for a 12,000 m2 ware houses in addition to installation of a fire alarm system. The works included all finishing works, MEP works, water proofing of the shelters and replacement of all impact protection of loading dock area, etc... Project Execution Cost: 700,000 American Dollars. Client: Djibouti Dry Port & FZCO, this company is owned and operated by JAFZA. Show less 3- IMS Infra sound Array Station IS19 - Djibouti: Execution of 8 Array sites and 1 Repeater site that connect all 8 sites and transmit the data to a Central recording facility that is located 40 km from the repeater, the central facility is connected to Vienna where all the data are transmitted. The works executed included access for all 9 sites, site preparation, Beta fencing system installation, installation of telemetry tower, grounding system , antennas installations, embedded Vault was also installed in each site which include sensors and other infra sound monitoring equipment, solar panels and a generator contracted to the central facility. All materials were supplied by the Client except the construction materials founded in the local market (concrete, gravel, sand, tiles, paints, doors, windows, etc...) Project Execution Cost: 783,697 American Dollars. Client: CTBTO , UN organization Work Description:i. Topographic GPS Surveyii. Site preparation of 12,000 m2iii. Construction of eight array elements of 1,500 m2 each and one repeater site including security fence ( Beta Fence), 12m high radio telemetry towers with antennas, beacon lights, sensors powered by solar panel installed on tower, under ground equipment vaults, grounding and lighting protections.iv. Construction of Central Recording Facility including supply and installation of generator and power supply system with automatic transfer switch, exterior fuel tank, electrical grounding & lighting protection, and 22m height radio telemetry tower.v. Construction of 3 guard housevi. A solar power system for array elements and repeater was installed to feeding in electricity the equipment installed inside the vault.vii. A Satellite installed at the repeater transmits data collected from the eight arrays elements to the Central Recording Facility that transmit these data to Vienna.viii. The project was handed over to client with full satisfaction and is operational. Show less 4- Shade Shelter for Cargo Yard at Air Operation – Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti: Works consists of Design and build of a PEB shelter for US Army Air operation at the Camp of Lemonnier in Djibouti. Job included the supply of the PEB and all related concrete works in additions to all permits, method statement, plans, and other documents required and furnished by the US Army office at the camp of Lemonnier.  The project has been delayed, later relocated, finally the project was canceled. But all designs, paper works and requirements were completed for this reason a claim has been raised to the client which resulted a 50% settlement of the total contract amount. Project Execution Cost: 158,000 American Dollars. Client: PAE, Government Services – a Lockheed Martin Company. 5- Doraleh Container Terminal Emergency Services Building - Djibouti : Turnkey project consist of 500 m2 of administration offices, pre-engineering building and a parking for firefighting trucks. A fire alarm system and a CCTV system were applied in this building. The project was Design and built. Project Execution Cost: 540,000 American Dollars. Client: Doraleh Container Terminal – DP World. Project Description:i. The project is a turnkey project composed an administration building and a Pre-Engineered Building used as a parking for firefighting trucks.ii. The building is equipped with a fire alarm system and a security system with IP cameras.iii. Low current systems were successfully installed included cctv, fire alarm, data and telephone networks with fiber optic connectionsiv. Executed access road is 973 m2 of 10 cm heavy duty concrete pavement.v. Electrical connections, water connections and fiber optic cables were included in the scope of work.vi. The project was handed over to client with full satisfaction and is operational. Show less 6- Sport Complex - Djibouti : Land development and construction of soccer field with artificial grass, running track, basketball field, volleyball field, 2 tennis court, handball field, administration building, public toilets and sitting area of more than 1,000 people. The complex total area is 38,000 m2. All the materials applied in all field was according to international standards. Project Execution Cost: 3,300,000 American Dollars. Client: KSA Ministry of Finance. 7- Regional Hospital of Ali Sabih - Djibouti: 8,877 m2 built up area hospital in addition to 28,000 m2 of roads and landscapes. The project was a turnkey project excluded furnisher.  Project Execution Cost: 8,600,000 American Dollars. Client: Ministry of Health - Djibouti.  Role : Mobilization and launching the project earlier stages prior to recruitment of project manager, then coordination with the project manager. Show less Bahssas – Kousba road, Koura North Lebanon: A 14 km road with 14 meter width. the project included drainage system and both sides of the road with several retaining walls that exceeded 5 meter in certain locations, box culverts, HDP potable water line, sewerage line up to 1.5 meter diameter, asphalt works, cut and fill works.  Project Execution Cost: 16,000,000 American Dollars. Client: CDR - Lebanon This was my first official job where I started to build my career. I was achieving my Master degree at the same time of this job, all my classes where evening classes. Duties and Responsibilities -Following works related to Excavations, casting water channels, box culvert and retaining walls, preparing the layers with exact thickness in order to spread the asphalt coat.       Construction of ZAHAV Automobile Ware house facility - Ethiopia: Land clearing and concrete works for a 7,000 m2 Pre-Engineer Building that includes administration offices on the mezzanine level. The PEB is used as a Automobile line erection. The total land area is 50,000 m2 that was whole cleared and a drainage system was constructed to withstand tough rainy seasons. Project Execution Cost: 1,000,000 American Dollars. Client: ZAHAV Ethiopia Automobile PLC. Role: Execution of site clearing, excavation, concrete works prior to PEB erection and later coordinate with the site engineer during the erection of PEB phase. During the erection period I was not present on site and all coordination’s were done through emails.Duties and Responsibilities: a. Site clearing and leveling b. Excavation of the foundations pad, Slab and the tie beams c. Preparing the required steel for the foundations and the tie beams according to the plan from the manufacturer. d. Installation of Anchor bolts. e. Casting the foundations, slab and the tie beams f. Following the Erection of the Structure g. Quantities calculations for sub-contractor. h. Reporting to the manager.
