I was considered a senior rep and assisted with the training of many new hires as well as existing employees and I also over saw many behind the seens projects.

Supporting follow-up operations and complex case resolution within the Senior Guide programs in Member Services at Devoted Health. I assist members with their medicare advantage plan questions and healthcare needs as well as help welcome new members coming on board! Our goal is to make healthcare and insurance accessible and understandable for everyone while making this more like a conversation with our family and friends!
