  My favorite thing about working at Exos throughout the different roles I have had is that my decision making is always based off doing what is best for client/member. I know I am fortunate to have a job that allows me to wake up daily knowing I can serve others. This helps fuel my passion for continuous learning. I have an obligation to show up ready, to provide potential solutions that help drive towards a common goal and create wins or outcomes we are looking for. The population has changed over the year from professional athletes in the PGA, NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, etc. to now supporting leaders in companies such as CEO's, CFO's, CHRO's, and others in their organizations looking to meet business objectives by optimizing their employee's health & well being. Exos' coaches, digital platforms, and on site offerings help improve employees overall health and wellbeing as proven over 30+ years of experience, research, and methodology. Goals were to create a world class training environment for our pro athletes, tactical, youth, and adults.
