      Selected for participation after a lengthy application and selection process in the U.S.-Jordan Leadership Exchange Program (UJLEP), a program of the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs Office of Assistance Coordination (NEA/AC) of the United States Department of State and implemented by IREX.The fellowship started in March with an eight-week leadership training covering Holistic, Ethical & Motivational Leadership, Community Voices, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Adaptive & Resilient Leadership, and Learning to Learn, followed by a one-month professional placement in the United States, culminating in the execution of an action project within the Jordanian community.My discipline: Civic Participation.
