  Currently working in Accenture APTP for Bonds Issuance Team Payment confirmations (Sept 2017 – Present) • Handling primary issuance of fixed income securities in European and Asian market for the securities like Equity derivatives, Equity linked notes, Euro medium term notes, etc. • Ensuring the payments of the notes has been validated accordingly. • Chasing internally with sales desk and trading desk for the correct bookings of the notes and ensuring there is no discrepancy raised while processing payment. • Ensuring the group mail box has been checked on a timely basis and replied to the Treasury / MO team regarding the payment and booking respectively so that there will be smooth flowing of the process. • Ensuring that all the deals has been flown on VD-3 and make sure that the payment has been processed on VD-3. • Processing and receiving payment for the settled securities via SWIFT 202, 599 • Doing all the 4 eye check on the manual payments done by the Team members and validating those payments so that it could settle without any risk to the client. • Ensure that the funds are returned within 3 working days, which are paid by error from our client, in order to maintain good reputation and to avoid any use of funds • Reporting to the management on the Unflown deals/Notes and making sure the payments has been stopped on VD-3 so that there will be no risk raised from the Treasury desk. • Daily Cash Breaks reconciliation which includes Nostro and internal Accounts. • Reconciling the stock and cash breaks of the maturity deals and updating valid reasons on any of the breaks. • Investigating the reasons on the late payment made to the exchange and reporting the same to the management.
